Yes it would be. I have no problem with people bow hunting small properties with proper permissions. The blind and seat and gut pile were all on a guys land that he 100% did not have permission on. That guy is the one that told us about it all. He took the stuff and contacted a GW already. The guy was guilty of Hunting Without Permission, not Trespassing, since he had a legit reason to be on the property as a worker. I think the Hunting Without Permission is a little steeper charge than Trespassing anyways, but Fred will have to answer that one.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

We live in a town house with a huge field between us and the Cahaba. Each townhouse owner owns the width of their townhouse down to the river, so we know who owns the property. The townhouse on the end is vacant and has been getting "flipped". Apparently one of the workers saw an opportunity, because he keeps parking at the house. One of the neighbors saw him walking through the field one day in a ghilie suit carrying a chair. When questioned, he said "I'm a biologist". Why the neighbor believed that, who knows We found a blind, chair, and gut pile this weekend. It just amazes me that someone wanted to kill a deer so bad they will trespass LITERALLY in someone's back yard (or 5 peoples) just to kill a little ol' pine goat. If you're on here...I know where you can get your blind That's got Will-Billy The Stump Bleacher' Beadlescomb's name all over it...

You obviously know way more about this than me; would it not be trespassing since he also didn't have permission to be on that property. The place he was "working" was on the other end of the houses, so technically he crossed over 3 other private properties to get where he was hunting. At this point I'm just curious. I really don't care at all what is going on back there, I just thought it was funny a dude with no permission would load up in a ghillie suit and go through the hastle to "hunt" some deer. Again, I guess I just don't got the piddlin' blood in me.

Hunting without permission is just as it says

The neighbor is holding the blind ransom, but it sounds like it shouldn't be to hard to sneak up and borrow it, since someone was already sneaking in and shooting deers!
