The guy was guilty of Hunting Without Permission, not Trespassing, since he had a legit reason to be on the property as a worker. I think the Hunting Without Permission is a little steeper charge than Trespassing anyways, but Fred will have to answer that one.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

We found a blind, chair, and gut pile this weekend. It just amazes me that someone wanted to kill a deer so bad they will trespass LITERALLY in someone's back yard (or 5 peoples) just to kill a little ol' pine goat.

If you're on here...I know where you can get your blind grin

Of course, we are in the ONE townhouse that's property only goes 10 feet behind the back deck. I've asked the neighbors but they like watching the deer. Figure I didn't wanna push it. Guess I aint much of a piddler grin

You obviously know way more about this than me; would it not be trespassing since he also didn't have permission to be on that property. The place he was "working" was on the other end of the houses, so technically he crossed over 3 other private properties to get where he was hunting. At this point I'm just curious. I really don't care at all what is going on back there, I just thought it was funny a dude with no permission would load up in a ghillie suit and go through the hastle to "hunt" some deer.

Again, I guess I just don't got the piddlin' blood in me.

I would quit hunting rather than hunt a small piece of property like that in other's back yards.

You'll probably need to get a topo map first.

As long as he has good camo and a seat it sounds like he'll be good to go rofl

Cause you have a blind he can use!

I could be wrong but I think to be charged with tresspassing, unless it is gated and posted you have to be asked to leave and refuse. Hunting without permission is just as it says

The neighbor is holding the blind ransom, but it sounds like it shouldn't be to hard to sneak up and borrow it, since someone was already sneaking in and shooting deers!
