What's the occupancy rate now?
I just had a fall version of spring cleaning with a mass eviction. The complex is currently at 50% occupancy of actual rent paying tenants. That number will increase as on hand applications are screened and new tenants are added.

So Sorry to hear about your Father, my wife thinks a lot about your parents. glws Thanks for the kind words. He had pancreatic cancer and absolutely whipped its butt and was cancer free for nearly 5yrs but this time it came back in his lungs and is Stage 4. The doctors have given him a not so good prognosis but he's a fighter and if he goes down he's gonna go down swinging. I can only hope to be half the man and father he's been.
