The picture made me Google them some of the stories were very interesting to say the least. A lot I read said they were paid very well for the time one of the big ladies that was in there got paid $1 per pound she weighed a week she was over 500lbs according to that Probably not a lot of all you can eat Chinese buffets back then, but you can bet your ass she was hittin' 'em up. Dollar a pound! Hell yeah!

She was actually married and seemed to live a happy life.
