The warrant was for the machine gun. Apparently, he wasn’t keeping it a secret.

He probably advertised it for sale somewhere. Or to someone. Or maybe just bragged to the wrong person.

I could honestly care less about MJ or coke usage part. As long as someone isn’t dealing, or neglecting their kids, I could care less.

Not really, you serve 85% of the sentence. For every 12 months you serve you get credit for 54 days extra.

He should have known better. The feds don't play with that type of stuff regardless what you have done for your country. He would have been better off just stealing a bunch of guns and filing off the serial numbers and selling them to the black market. You won't get more than 30 days for that. Crazy world we live in.
