I've never been in that neck of the woods but it made our short list of public land hunts for this season. What are your thoughts about the place? Any serious info would be appreciated.

Gun hunt days are badddddddddd crowded. wear plenty of orange. Stay all day on those days, walk in a good ways and find ya some nasty thick stuff to set up near.

Hunted there before it was a wma and still hunt it. There’s really no bad places to hunt there but I’d say takes several hundred feet of good rope to haul the deer outta those deep hollers

I always take no less than 300’ of rope when hunting there.

i used to hunt there quite a bit 3 years ago. I saw a lot of deer. the gun days werent as bad as youd think. I might try to go bow hunt my spot there soon before the pressure comes
