If I agreed with you, we'd both be wrong.

I remember one year in HS baseball we had fitted caps and all Coach Reece went through to get the sizes on some of our guys that had taken to many bad hop grounders to the forehead. Next year the options were Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large and Watermelon Head. Back then I was 7 3/4 but I had a head full of 80's style thick hair. Now I wear about a 1/4 smaller.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

If you've ever worn a fitted hat you'd know. I'm between a 7 1/18 and 7 1/4.

The one size fit's all hat's lie but that's all I get now.

I can read/use scales, rulers, tapes, calipers, micrometers, dividers, telescoping gauges, bore gauges, vernier scales, framing squares, multimeters, thermometers, compasses, maps, height gauges, face clocks, etc. etc. etc., and even books. But I'll admit, I don't have a clue without using google about how to measure my head for a hat.

You go to a place that sells fitted hats and pick the size that's comfortable for you.

Yeah, I could do that but with my luck being what it is, I'd try one on that had lice from the homeless guy that left the shop ten minutes before I arrived.
