Which wma is a giant coming off of in bama this year? I’m thinking Bankhead will have another bruiser this season. I think Lowndes will have a giant come off it as well.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see a big deer kilt off of Lauderdale WMA this season. The mature buck population up there is getting good.

I’m hoping Choccolocco, roughly around the Nov. 12-15 dates. I’ll dang sure post pictures when I kill him too. Haha!

Seriously I think Bankhead will produce another couple of bruisers. That place has been fairly consistent. Talladega NF normally has one or two that turn some heads too but some of the sho nuff killers out there don’t post much on social media so you may never see them.

Can’t stay out of Macon to many big ones on camera. I also have permission to hunt a 60 acre property in Lowndes. I’m still going to hunt the Corp land some during the week. And I’m going to try and make a gun hunt at Yates lake if I can.

Cahaba. Big deer in ther for sure. Thing is you have to be willing to canu to get to them. They are ther if you put in the work. I have a buddy coming in late season who wants to kill a Alabama giant and I’m canuing him to my spot in December. All I can say but Cahaba has some of the biggest bucks in Bama

Black warrior usually produces so does the bankhead national forest. That Chad feller that shot the moose a few years back and it got put on the internet trying to hunt out there was insane. People that though bankhead was the wma was hunting like ants on a piece of candy over there the rest of the state of Alabama was hunting on the black warrior wma. Those dirt roads over that year was like i65 during spring break.
