scrape 10 point Joined: Nov 2011 Posts: 4,534 limestone al	I didn't say the guy was smart. but in the eyes of the law, its not illegal to stand your ground even if you don't have a gun. but I disagree with irish guy because those two killers came to that guys property with guns loaded and ready to kill and pointed the guns at his kids. the victim didn't break one law but the killers broke a bunch.
