Man, this guy is good! He is a master butcher from South Africa. Place is located in Millport, AL. A customer of mine gave me some stuff of his to try, sweet heat smoked sausage, jalapeño cheddar summer sausage, Philly cheesesteak sausag, maple bacon sausage, boudin(yes deer boudin), and some type of burger. Sweet heat was ok, summer sausage was really good, Philly cheesesteak was AMAZING! Haven’t tried the other yet. I will update as I try it Here is the Philly cheesesteak straight off the grill Here is the guys website. Hunters Gold

I live not far from him, he's the best I've seen. Everything he's got is the best

That deer boudin sounds great. I'd like to have a whole deer done, in just boudin.
My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

The boudin is awesome (actually everything is), but it's a little pricey. I got a whole deer in Cajun breakfast sausage and boudin. It was 250.00, but came out to about 5.00 a pack. I'd advise splitting a deer with someone. I'd never had boudin before. It's really good and not the least bit spicey. He does lunch loafs and meatloaf that's awesome. One of the cleanest, most professional places I've ever been to. He's a trip to talk to.

FYI, each "batch" takes 25lbs of lean meat to make, then it's x price per pound. Boudin makes way more than 25lbs since he adds rice to it.

I’m in on splitting a deer with whoever that’s close by lol.
Yeah wish I was closer. I'd like to get some boudin and Philly Cheese done
Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!

Ahh, we have used Adrian for a long time and he is a treat. Does the usual cuts and some more creative cuts with the sausage.. he is a good guy. Some of the sausages did not agree with me but my hubby loved them...different tastes but for the most part we have always been pleased.
He bought a place over the state line in MS, so he can debone and get rid of the carcus to process in AL. With the regs now, you can take a deer from AL to MS, but not from MS to AL. He had a lot of customers in MS, so hats off to him for doing this for those customers.
Be kind to one another and tell the ones you love that you love them often. We never know what tomorrow will bring.
