I have read that 5 is average. 2 per bird is my goal every year but I'm inconsistent as a field goal kicker at Bama. I get hot and then go cold or vice versa. What's you guys average? I watched my dad kill a limit straight with no misses on day when I was young. I watched an old black man on Nab Drennens farm in Tishabee kill 12 for 12 with a 16ga single shot...and he missed one bird and doubled on another shot!!!!! I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted..... proud Cracker-Americaan muslims are like coyotes, only good one is a dead one

He is not a particularly good shot but I witnessed him shoot a triple with one shot. 2 were stone dead and the third he had to chase down but he claimed it without another shot. Shot him dead the second time. It was my first time dove hunting in a long time. My average was bad, but I had a blast and squeaked out a limit.

My 15 year old son got 2 with about 2 boxes of shells. LOL! He shot about 60% on the clays course weekend before. Hats off to Lowndes WMA for a safe, enjoyable youth hunt.

My 14 year old was 15 on about 150 shots, but he sure was smiling. My 17 year old daughter got 15 on 47 shots, and then the 16 year old daughter who hasn't hunted in 6-7 years killed 11 on 19 shots. Man was it fun to watch them burn powder. To God Be The Glory!

Most folks don’t know but if you will let doves get within 30 yards before you start shooting then the odds of hitting them go up exponentially. Yeah c�mon. Daniel White
