Do they even transport in live deer anymore? I'm pretty sure if they do is it illegal. Have any deer farms in Alabama tested positive for CWD? I would think the way it may spread here is people hunting out of state disposing of the carcass in the wrong way. How about all these taxidermist that mounted deer from infected areas? I know of one taxidermist that buried all of the scraps in his pasture for years.
