I picked up one of those little yildiz 28 gauge and all the Winchester AA super sports I could find (7boxes) they are 3/4 ounce 7.5 shot at 1300fps.what is your favorite dove load in the 28
We will burn that bridge when we get there

This may sound stupid but shooting it beside my 12 gauge today I needed to lead the target less with the 28 than my 12 both loads were the same velocity

A 28ga is a purist gun. Very over looked.

I already have one, but I am thinking very seriously about adding another to cut down as my primary turkey gun. Need to find another good deal on a 20 gauge with the black/rubberized stocks like the one I have. Best feeling shotgun I have ever carried. I'm glad to hear you like that little gun. I would love to have a nice little 28 gauge to shoot at doves and/or rabbits.
