This is the exact setup we have on our disk and works pretty good. Light enough to pick up between plots and lay on top of the disk. To level better, it needs to be heavier, but then one man couldn't easily get it by himself.

The fella that did the grading for me was probably in his mid-60's or so, IIRC. A slightly younger man might get away with using Sched. 40 6"...

You can’t take 4-6 inch pvc pipe, bend you and cap the ends with something and fill it with quick Crete. Drill you some holes and put eye bolts through it. The cement will harden and hold in place. Works great. Make it as long as you want to.
