Meyer will be coaching at OSU until a player files an allegation about NCAA violations and then they'll punt him. Might be six months, might be three years. But he won't be going anywhere.
What's worse is Smith, the AD, knew about it first in 2015 and yet neither he nor Meyer reported it to anyone else. They "monitored" it. What a load of hooey.
The fans will be relentlessly brutal. Just wait until ESPN's "Game Day" and the signs. This will follow Meyer and OSU for a long, long time.

sucks for him. I think he should sue the school for that decision. Once again, he’s contractually required to report all allegations/charges/investigations to the compliance office. He did not do that, so he gets punished. How hard is this to understand?

McMurphy will find out more, for sure. He won't be the only one.
The Powell PD "we changed it, it wasn't really an arrest like we said in 2015" deal seems pretty shady and damming, on top of a bunch of shady and damming crap in this. As PaschallBD said above, go back to his time at Florida (and possibly Utah and Bowling Green) to see that this isn't anything new for Urbs.
The GameDay signs will be epic and brutal. OSU is in for a long season and for however long they keep him on.

It’s not an employee of the university issue, it’s that his contract specifically states what I wrote above.
