1 spot available. 400 acres, 5 miles out of Camden in Wilcox County (east side of river). All privately owned big timber, no cutover, 85% hardwoods, two creeks. 9 greenfields with shooting houses, ladders and tri-pods on property. Mature bucks, does and hogs only. Proven big deer area, very good genetics. Very remote, surrounded by large landowners, good neighbors, good road system (2wd accessible). 3 members only and we have other leases, so low pressure. Previous kills and deer cam pics available upon request. $1,675 and show up to hunt. Just being upfront so as not to waste anyone's time: if you are looking for a place to hunt 5 days a week and shoot meat this is not the lease for you. No turkey rights (we are not reserving them for ourselves or witholding them, the landowner has always retained them for himself). PM me your number or questions if you're interested.
