Mock steak I tried (been few years) was full of muscle and connective tissue, and it was chewy as hell. So I froze it, and added to a 15 bean soup....

Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!

Me too. After reading this I went and bought a pack. Seasoned them up, seared them on the grill to a perfect medium rare, let the rest and dug in. And dug and dug and dug. I'd say it's about halfway between jerkey and gizzards as far as texture. They looked good though!

not sure what the best way to handle them is but they shouldnt be on tv and gettn married and raisin kids

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
