Not my idea, I got it from bbq pit boys off YouTube. I just changed the ingredients. Start with fresh ground beef and form a bowl around a can you coated in cooking spray.



Then fill with your favorite topping. I used sautéed mushrooms, onions, bell pepper and bacon. You could get wild and do chorizo chili that will be my next step. Top with cheese and wrap with bacon. I use provolone because of no carbs.



Finally smoke them and enjoy!

Call it what you want. Try it and then let me know what you call it. It’s super great. Meatloaf to me has breadcrumbs, seasoning, and maybe some other items. I only used ground beef on the shell.

Yes all 3. But seriously you use it to form the meat into a bowl. Make a giant meatball and then push the can down on it. Then use your hands to form the meat around it and then wiggle the can out. I use cooking spray on the can to keep the meat from sticking to it.
