have a guy in my front yard throwing sticks in the pond for his dog to fetch...but this ain't any guy it's one that slept at my gf 12 yrs ago while we were together..i thought about going n beating his ass again but then wondered why my wife thought I still cared....i have a fire going in backyard with my young boys. What would u do?

A. I agree with your wife. Why do you still care? That's really not a good reason to go looking for a fight. Unless he raped your old gf, she willingly gave it up...be mad at her, not him. Regardless, we're talking ancient history, and you've moved on with your life with a different woman. Let it go.
B. If you want to say something to him about being in your yard, have at it. Is it your pond, or a "community" pond?
