My FIL is in the market for a Raptor and Tuscaloosa Ford won't budge on their truck even through its been sitting there for 3 months. However, what is crazy to me is the Raptor used to be known for the big 6.2L engine, now it has the 3.5L Ecoboost that half the other trucks on the lot have. It's not the same ecoboost. It's called the HO I believe. I know everyone here hates small displacement, forced induction motors, but there's a reason Ford is putting a version of the 3.5 Ecoboost in the GT race cars.

They are even requiring DEF on tractors, for pete's sake!

Adamson Ford quoted me $7k over sticker. Bought it at Town and Country in Pell City for msrp plus a $399 tint job for the front 2 windows. So technically I guess I paid $300 over sticker. They must have been in a good mood that day because T & C in Pell city is where I was told 5000 over sticker. I didn't buy one. Buster miles sales them for over msrp. They told me that some places are gettin 10k over msrp. I've always thought they were a cool truck. I'd love to have one.

The ones I've seen are between 50 and 70K dollars. No thanks........... If I was going to drop that kind of money I would go get a GMC HD2500 Denali with a diesel engine, which could drag that little Raptor all over creation.
