I bought this one off of amazon and it took me a couple of house to install. It was a breeze with no issues, and my first one to install. All the wiring was already there, and I didn't have to add any support brackets. There is an additional extension you will need to purchase if your for is 8'. It's on amazon as well. Its easy if your replacing an old one and you have existing hardwarr....if you are installing one well it can get aggravating. I just put up a new door and opener. An entire weekend of my life that i hated every second of...i dont care if i ever put another one up..ever...mainly reffering to the door. It was a booger.

Two guys make it really easy.

Not an issue. Felt like it was straight forward. Depends on your experiences. I'm an AF comm guy so it wasn't an issue. Prolly a 30 min job to someone with no experience.
30 mins? It takes longer to get the tools and ladders together.
