just drain it and make an atv park out of it. Problem solved! You done lost yo dam mind! If they dropped the water about 5' in the winter wouldn't it take care of much of the really shallow grass? I know it would be back the next year, but they NEVER drop Guntersville much at all. A foot or two max.
