I work with a kid that’s 7-1 385. He looks like grizzly bear walking on 6x6 post and is about as flexible. He’s not fat either, just broad and big.

He's already 100 lbs. too heavy at that age and height. Likely to get worse as he goes through high school.

Maybe so, but I know we didn't actually get on any kind of workout routine until we went to high school, so that will help out with it a lot.
