2100 acre - 12 member club located off of Coaling-Hagler Rd in Tuscaloosa County is looking for 2 members for the upcoming season. Year round water to the lease is supplied by Big Sandy Creek. Excellent road system. Managed timber unit that includes a healthy mix of varying stages of planted pines, cutover and creek bottoms. 2 gas lines intersect the property. Good population of deer, turkey and hogs that migrate through the creek bottom. We DO NOT have a camp house, water or power.
We manage for 3.5 year bucks at a minimum using a system that bucks must meet a minimum of two of the following:
Total beam length of 18" or greater
Weight of 180lbs or greater
15 inch inside spread or greater
4" base circumference or greater
Doe harvest is restricted to 2 per member (allocated annually based on recommendation) and no does are taken off of green fields. Typically 5-7 bucks are taken each year meeting the criteria above.
Dues are $1500/ year
