Look man, when your wife is on a low carb kick to lose some weight (and dang she looks good) you support it in any way possible! .

The key to frying stuff in almond flour is to mix in some grated Parmesan with the dry ingredients.

Just double bread with milk/egg mixture and Parmesan/almond flour mixture. It ain’t no southern style fried chicken, but it’s pretty dang good when you’re craving something fried. We did it with fish too and it’s good as wel.
