jono23 14 point Joined: Nov 2014 Posts: 8,033 Huntsville	I've never been and don't know much about it... but some things that were great for me in my time in Uganda were a jar of peanut butter, a quick drying towel, some pepto, and some ibuprofen. Also neosporin, hand sanitizer, and some bandages. Small cuts can turn nasty fast.

If the air travel container restrictions are a problem Cary the minimum and FedEx more to yourself if there’s still time. Water and electricity are plentiful in the cities not so much in rural areas. Electricity and roads are less reliable the further you get away from the metro areas. If you require any type special medical attention, fly back to the US for treatment. Mosquitoes are the worse problem now.
