I hate being asked for my phone number or anything else when I’m paying with cash. Just ring it up and take the money. It freaks the cashiers out to ask for their phone number when they ask for mine. I always make up a # and often wonder what kind of calls they get. I just tell em BR 549
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

I use my bank card about 99% of the time and am constantly asked for my phone number. I just say, "I'd rather not" . transaction is completed and I leave with my merchandise.
As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

What the hell do they do when a parent buys beer with a kid in the cart!? That’s about as stupid as not letting a cashier ring up beer because they’re under 21. That’s happened to me at Publix. They sell it to them. A few months ago I bought a six pack or 12 pack, along with other groceries, at Walmart and had my 10 year old with me. As we started to leave, my 10 year old started to reach for the cart to push it out. The cashier stopped him and told me had he touched the cart, she would have had to of taken the beer back. I guess it didn't matter that he had pushed the cart all over the store already.

Grocery stores, convenience stores also do it. Have never had this happen at any other store. Went down the road and bought beer at a convenience store and didn’t even get ID’d lol. How much more did it cost than at Walmart? Save time and money, could have just shown both ID's.

I've had it happen to me while in Florida. It didn't bother me, their game, their rules. I always make sure we have ID's handy now when on vacation amd what not.

not sure what the best way to handle them is but they shouldnt be on tv and gettn married and raisin kids

yeah thats happened to me on a few occasions I hate shopping there but some times theres no other choice. There's always another choice. I haven't been to Walmart in almost a year and I don't plan to ever go in there again.

Don't blame WalMart for this. They were just in CYA mode. The blame should be on the children who choose to get drunk and drive, and the person that bought the alcohol for them. The kids wreck a vehicle and get killed and the parents sue the store that sold it to someone of legal age who then sold it or gave it to the kids. Of course there is no money in suing the person that bought the beer or wine for the kids so you sue the party with the deep pockets which happens to be WalMart.
