I got a friend dropping a lease in Dallas cnty. Of course the 3 farmers around him said they killed over 100 deer last summer on depredation permits. Hence the reason they are dropping it.

Would be a fun brown it’s down club. We had a place like that growing up about the same size that we killed 40 a year on consistently with 5 - 7 nice ones too. Run dogs on it too. If you make friends with those farmers you got it made. They would rather you shoot them trust me

why east side only?

Got a camp on that side

I assumed because he lives in the East side and not a lot of places to cross the river. There is some good hunting on the other side also. For me, i would rather have the West side. Alberta, Safford, Catherine, Mollets Bend, the Power Company property, and the list goes on.

Any leads? Will consider west side of river if camp house is included.
