two officers sit down to eat after their shift. A dirtbag walks up to the window and with two shots destroys two lives. This has to end, but the Democrats are pushing the violence and disrespect for LEO's. Stay safe you Leo's here. https://conservativedailypost.com/florida-deputies-murdered-in-broad-daylight-ambush/

Hoggin , it's sad. We as a society depend too much on them. We also have brothers here in the line of fire everyday. May God please look after them.

Anyone in law enforcement today must be to close to retirement to walk away or incapable of getting a decent private job is all I can imagine. There’s no way in hell I’d do it again. I think they all outta just go home and let this stuff quickly boil over until the rules change a bit.
Why go to work everyday knowing that winning ain’t really an option and getting killed being your best bet if it goes bad because if you shoot one today you’re gonna get fed to the sharks
we've had 3 officer involved shootings in montgomery in the past two months. All justified. You only hear about the bad stuff so that's probably why you feel that way. Without a doubt it is a dangerous career but there are still way more good officers than bad that are willing to put their life on the line to help someone they don't even know. We win all of the time.

Without a doubt it is a dangerous career but there are still way more good officers than bad that are willing to put their life on the line to help someone they don't even know. We win all of the time. Make no mistake, I know there are more good than bad and spent a lot of years doing that job in an area that even then shoulda been fenced off and no gate. I can assure you though that those good officers fate are not often in their control and the thing worse than getting killed is winding up in prison and losing your family and every thing you’ve ever worked for when you did nothing wrong. I promise you it happens, I can name several good officers that I know for a fact it happened to. One did 10 years in prison because even though the shoot was justified and the corner testified that the first shot was 100% fatal, he should have only shot the suspect 5 times and he believed the suspect was on the ground and defenseless when the sixth was fired. That’s why I feel the way I feel, those situations are why I decided I could make a better living with less risk for my family You wear a badge now you have no idea how fast your life can crumble before your eyes to appease some politician or group of losers and nothing you can do to control it.

It's shameful what this world has come to. No respect for Leo. Unfortunately when you wear a uniform, you are a target. Even back in my time you had to be careful. I would always sit with my back to a wall where I could see. I would constantly be scanning for trouble. I remember always being on edge and scanning until I made it home. I paid more to upgrade my body armor from the standard department issue in case I did get shot. To survive you're on edge always. You live by two words "Situational Awareness." Lunch or dinner isn't the same as for the office worker who nonchalantly walks into Wendy's. No matter how careful you are, something like this tragedy can happen. God bless the LEOs and first responders out there for what they do.

IMO Obama and the liberal wacko democrats have been villianizing the police for years and now people not only do not respect them, but have utter hatred for them. I don't understand it. Many of the police shootings could have been avoided if the persons involved just did what the cops said. When a cop tells you to stop and put your hands up DO IT! They have a right to protect their own lives. I feel bad for the officers having to deal with scumbags every day. I agree we can lay all of this at the feet of Obama. He turned his back on our public servant peace officers during the Michael Brown fiasco, and never let up from that point forward. He did more to stir up racial tension and violence against police than anyone who has been in the public eye in the last 30 years. We've had deadbeat parents, lack of discipline, liberal colleges etc for years, and we never had this kind of violence against peace officers until Obama made them out to be the bad guys thereby justifying these kinds of acts in the minds of the liberal wackos.
