kkfish OP 8 point K Joined: Dec 2013 Posts: 2,267 tuscaloosa	Anyone got a good recommendation on a Texas hunt. Got a few options on places that’s like 600 per gun 2 birds and lodging. Don’t wanna waste my time and money so if y’all know better either there or another state let me know. Just want a good experience. Just looking at a 3 day like a weekend hunt.

They do offer meals though. Said it hasn’t been turkey hunted all season and has birds. Went deer hunting out there at different place 2 yrs ago and boy is it a ride.

Really wanted to experience those Texas turkeys cause I’ve heard it’s something to see and hear when there’s a bunch in one tree gobbling their heads off. Know some of y’all already know. Next season I will get my ducks in a row for mid April since it slows down here then.
