How often do you change your soil in those buckets mshunter I don't. Everything except the tomatoes I fill half way until they get big enough then I back fill the buckets to the top. I plant the tomatoes all the way at the bottom and fill to the top with dirt.

Looking great!! We've been eating Butter crunch lettuce for a bit now, almost gone now. I pulled three heads of cabbage yesterday and a head of lettuce. Everyting here is coming along nicely.
