Get a 25 gallon tank with a good pump with an adjustable nozzle, there are plenty of them if you Google "spray tanks". Be sure to clean it out every time you use it with either vinegar or tank cleaner. Gly will stop up your filter and your pump if you don't. You should be able to get a set up for about $150 or so, you can get this one from Wal Mart https://www.walmart.com/ip/Precision-25-Gallon-Spot-Sprayer/23222003 with a 1.8 GPM pump and free 2 day shipping.

I got my sprayer out this afternoon to start on some cogon and the dang pump just dribbles out water. I know I cleaned it out last Oct, the last time I used it, but there must have been some water in the pump that froze up the insides. I think I'll just get a new 25 gallon tank with a 2.2 GPM or so pump. A pump will run about $85 alone.

Yeah those pumps ain't cheap, if one of mine goes out and it's not under warranty I just go back to tractor supply and get another whole sprayer for about the cost of a pump.

I just ordered that NorthStar sprayer I linked above. I paid for the 4 year warranty. I told the salesman I thought part of my problem with past sprayers was having a little water inside the pump that was freezing in the winter and messing up the gibblets inside. He said to run a pint of anti-freeze thru it before putting it in the barn for the winter, makes sense. I'll keep my old tank and hook up the electric fuel pump for any burning I might do. I have a boom sprayer with a roller pump. I clean the tank out and drain after each use. In the fall I remove the pump, 2 strainers and the 6 way manifold and put it all in a box and bring it inside the house. I have had the same roller pump for 8 years and it works flawless if you clean it after each use and keep it out of the freeze.
I love my country, but don't trust my government.

NorthStar 5.5 gpm pumps are our go to pumps. Also try upgrading from 3/8 fittings to 1/2”.
