I smoked a few burgers a couple week ago. Family was wanting some more. This time I tried a little twist. Mixed some crisp bacon with cream cheese. Put a golf ball sized bit of the mixture between hand patted 4oz patties. Seasoned the outside with kosher salt and steak seasoning. Then onto the smoker for an hour.
