Was I supposed to cut against? Yep. Thin and across the grain. Yep. The reason being is that the grain acts as a natural cut/bite mark, so if you slice across the grain, it's much more tender when you chew it. Looks frickin awesome though!

Also, I love grilled flank steak. Has good beefy flavor, not flavorful than tenderloin IMHO.

High dollar stove for the Gump. Must be living out East. Nah, in our 3rd house around the Huntingdon College area, love it. Will be in this house forever I assume Zelda road is "out east" to me.
