I'm not sure how loud it would be , I imagine not near as loud as a four wheeler. And yeah you'd have to be a small guy to ride it. Prob would be best for a young'un around 10-15 yr old

I weigh 205 and my son's will get me to about 25 mph but takes a long stretch to get there. He is 7 and it's perfect for him. His is not real quite.
