The Daggerhorn Plantation (DP) is seeking a “group” or family to purchase 6 exclusive memberships in a hunting club in Lowndes County Alabama. Daggerhorn Haynes Creek, available in June 2018. DP Will deal with only one person, must respect the land and sign a Club Constitution that establishes the hunting club. Turkey rights are not included. Land is in the black belt, west of Fort Deposit, south of Hayneville, easy access from interstate I-65. Primitive, no lodging, RV’s are allowed, hotels about 10 miles, rental homes may be possible in the area off site. Must have a club constitution that protects the landowner (Daggerhorn Plantation will monitor club compliance). Land was not leased or in a club last year. Creeks, drains on property. Memberships price is firm at $10,500.
