I say if it passes, if they want an Income for the privilege, put a small tax on the bagged corn sold in the state. Feeder permit seems silly, when they can tax the product coming off the pallets and potentially make more money. I mean, a 0.5% tax on bagged corn sales would probably solve the state's budget woes...

I guess it takes real skill to sit over a food plot! I'm sorry, but what was this thread about again? Holey Moley. It is about how the Senate will hopefully kill the terrible idea of baiting by permit and get a simple legal or illegal bill to replace it

Anyone know if there are limits on the amount of corn you can put out?

No more than 2,500 kernels within a 7-day window.

I believe it's 2,750 kernels, but only for properties over 500 acres. Anything under 500 acres is 15 kernels per native flora species per hectare, unless married filing jointly, in which case it gets a little complicated and the CKQ (consolidated kernel quota) is determined by relative humidity, community service involvement, inflation rates, etc.

Shoot. Yeah sorry about that. The hygrometer (and hygrometer tax and registration and monthly service fee) is crucial.
