The bill passed 79-14 . It now goes to the Alabama Senate for its consideration.

If somethings legal, its pretty stupid to charge ya for it. Pretty sure money was the reason and not "wild hogs"

I'm just wandering if the prevention of CWD will play into it not passing Senate.

Hopefully it falls flat until it is introduced as either legal or not. No permit etc just legal or illegal and move along

I hate that sportsmen/women have to continually pick up the tab over and over again.

Y’all do realize that hunting is a Right in this State.

But, you have to pay for a license to make it legal.

I just wish i could legally kill pigs at a feeder with one of those fancy green lights that attaches to a feeder

I’ve noticed this, why does this occur?

To get the lazy folks hopes up that can't actually hunt deer with out a massive pile of corn. I don't see it being sportsman like nor do I see hunting deer with a 50 cal 900yds a way sportmans like or either of the two actually hunting. But that's my opinion and a wise old man told me once opinions are like ass holes everybody's got one and most of them stink.

Some folks aren't in it for the sport, they in it to put groceries in the freezer... I personally could care less if an individual hunts bait or not. Make it legal and several club members fill their tags quick and then during the rut, less hunters at camp

If this bill passes I am going to pour out a pile of corn so big I can hide in it, and then shoot the deer when they come to eat.

Oh, you must be the guy hunting them on foot with nothing but a loin cloth and a sharpened stick. No 4 wheel drive. No 4 wheeler. No scoped rifle. No tree stands. No Camo clothing. No cover scents. No scent attractants. No Binoculars. No trail cameras. No grunt tube. No rattling antlers. Etc, etc. Cause you know using any of that stuff wouldn't be sportsmanlike or what any respectable person could call hunting. LOL! Some of you guys reeeeaaallllly need to get over yourselves.

I've hunted around Hamilton some. I'd say he's not got a good grasp on the deer population in that area or hunted one heck of a better piece of property than I did.

He probably doesn’t hunt at all. Everyone I know that doesn’t hunt thinks deer are everywhere, and in huge numbers, because they saw one on the roadside one time.

When will the Senate consider the bill?
