I hope USM is fortunate to get a coack of his calibre. The football program has had a solid foundation created by Fedora, and it would be a great opportunity for both USM and Kirby to invest in one another for the next several years. Just wish USM was playing Penn State (9-3) instead of Nevada (7-5).

Sounds like USM is real tight with the budget right now. I don't think they wanted to commit to the staff budget that Smart thought was right. He will stay at Bama unless the right opportunity comes up. If he does take a better opportunity I look for Sunseri to be the new DC. I've heard Sunseri's name come up for Pitt, I think.
