This is no longer an issue of "just a little weed". They take DV very serious in California. A local guy got arrested for it when bammer played in the Rose Bowl a few years back and they had investigators contacting me in Alabama because I had been involved in a prior incident he was involved in here. He really was lucky to escape jail time for what I considered a relatively minor DV incident with his wife before the game. They don't play and then add the "assault weapon" on top of it and Old Rueben may be in trouble. https://www.sfchronicle.com/crime/article/49ers-Foster-arrested-domestic-violence-12605724.php

In hindsight, seems like him dropping from a Top Ten pick at the draft to bottom of the first round because of “character concerns” was pretty spot on.
Yeah, well, I always heard there were three kinds of suns in Kansas: sunshine, sunflowers, and sons-of-bitches.

Wait, another college football player got himself in a tight spot after he got away from campus and went to the NFL?? And he happens to have been a Tide standout?? What's next, you gonna tell me the earth is round and water is wet?
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...

It really doesnt matter if they’re from AU or UA, once that helmet comes off, they’re just another brother from the hood. As I said many times, you can take the thug out of the hood but you cant take the hood out of the thug. It doesnt matter if its Rubin Foster or Cam Newton, the thug is going to come out.

All he needs to do now is go to Decatur and shoot somebody.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

So very comparable. A kid who got in trouble before he first set foot on AU's campus for a non violent offense and by all accounts has been a model citizen since vs. a kid that has gone through 4 years of UA discipline only to get out and have charges of violence and drugs.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Yep, this will eventually catch up with UAT. They keep the studs out of trouble and throw a walk on in jail every now and then. How Foster stayed out of jail this long is a miracle.

If I remember correctly Ruben went to Bama because auburn wouldn't hire Charlie strong. He was a strong AU commit, to the point of tattooing AU on his arm. At the last minute, he realized AU was a armpit of football, would only be average at best. By coming to Bama, he would be in the NC hunt every year, would have the best coaching available, win the Buckus award, be best prepared for the pros. All of which proved correct. The bottom line is the barners are jealous Bama came into Auburn and signed him (and Evans) right from under their nose

Y'all remind me, who was the bammer player that beat a girl and her father came to court and told the judge she probably deserved it anyways, then when walking out of the court room he gave the defendant a big "Row tahd"?

How is it relevant to the University of Alabama that someone one who went there was arrested after they graduated/left? Do you guys critique the arrest records of every person that went to Alabama or Auburn? Or is it just athletes because it furthers your hate and your agenda? Once they are gone from campus, no matter the school, what they do is on them, they are adults.
If an Alabama graduate murders 15 people, does that have anything to do with his/her time at Alabama? Or is it a choice made by an adult?
Now, if they are doing it and there is an actual record of it happening while they are in school, not just word on the message boards or on the street, but actual arrest and convictions, then it is a school issue. Just the same as it would be for every other student.

I'm just thankful there haven't been multiple Bama players murdered in T-town over the last 5 or 6 years. Not only has Saban been able to keep his players out of major trouble for the most part, he's managed to keep all of them out of the grave.

Everyone on that is a fan of any College football team just needs to realize their team has just as many thugs on it as any other team. Just a simple fact, but not much fun when trying to rag another team’s fan base lol Both Gus and Nick would have given their left nut for Foster. Don't pretend otherwise. And the reason we all wanted him was because he was violent. Go to youtube and search for the Reuben Missile Crisis videos. Besides, with the way he used his head as a weapon, if he is incarcerated, we probably won't have to house, feed, or cloth him long.

He was a Trooper Taylor man and when he got fired, he committed to Bama. His cousin was one of the ones killed at a party. When asked why he signed with Bama he said it was a strictly business decision. Evans on the other hand lied to AU to believing he was going to sign with them. Evan's Dad was on the AU team but never played because he was behind a player called Bo. He still is butt hurt about it. Boo phucking hoo

Actually he was in front of that player named Bo but Alan had piss poor work ethics and got cut from the team. I use to work with him so I know his work ethics.

When asked why he signed with Bama he said it was a strictly business decision. I assume you take that to mean that Alabama was paying him? I’ll explain what he meant by business decision: (current linebackers on NFL rosters and draft position) Auburn: (I’ll include practice squad guys) Dee Ford - 1st round Karlos Dansby - 2nd round (2004) Carl Lawson - 2nd round Josh Bynes - un drafted Cassanova McKinzy- un drafted Darren Bates -un drafted Alabama: (all Saban) Mark Barron - 1st round Rueben Foster - 1st round Donta Hightower - 1st round CJ Mosley - 1st round Ryan Anderson - 2nd round Reggie Ragland - 2nd round Tim Williams - 3rd round *Soon to be* Rashan Evans - 1st round See what he might have meant by “business decision”? Worked out

Talent gets people drafted, not their coach or their school. If those players played at Auburn they would have still been drafted, period. Plus they would have had a safer, more enjoyable college experience. Not to mention gas left in the tanks for NFL. A family for life or a mini farm league system....the choice is clear to those that can see thru the cash, chargers, and white women.

Yeah. We all know coaching doesn't matter. That's why Auburn just signed Malzen to a $49 million deal.

Care to explain that to Ed Christian, Ladarius Phillips, or Jakell Mitchell's families? I don't remember any Alabama players being murdered within a mile of Alabama's campus...well, ever. Gas left in the tank for an NFL career? Another handbook item. Feel free to provide any actual evidence that Auburn players last longer in the NFL than Alabama players do.

Worked out Carl Lawson was a 4th round pick...not 2nd.

Some of ya'll argue of the dumbest shitt dilly dilly!!
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...

In all honesty, we know there's a better chance he's gone in 10 months.
