I start habitat improvements for next year after the rain moves out tomorrow. Picking up more fuel for the chainsaw in a bit. I'll be doing the same. I have a bunch of shooting lanes to clear before the ticks get bad.

I started in GA in Sept so I am about wore out. I don't know what it is but if it is deer season then I am going to get up and go, If we had another month I would still be going every chance I could.

I'm always glad when TN season closes in the first week of January. By then I'm wore slap out.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I hunted more this year than I have in years. I always get a little bumbed out when its over but I was a little burned out this time. Next week will be after the yotes. Is there a best time of day to call in a yote?

With TN starting in late September, I am burnt out usually by Christmas. Only went 3-4 times since New Years. Gonna be nice to sleep a little later on the weekend for the next month until the most important season starts on 3/15.
