Delayed season dates on select WMAs
Spring turkey season opens March 15 for most Alabama counties. However, the start of turkey season will be delayed for research purposes on these WMAs: Barbour, J.D. Martin-Skyline, Oakmulgee, Lowndes, Choccolocco, and Perdido River.
The delayed season will run March 24 to April 30, 2018.

I was all worked up about this, then looked at calendar and realized I'll be at the beach the first week anyway. So sounds good to me!

I was all worked up about this, then looked at calendar and realized I'll be at the beach the first week anyway. So sounds good to me! That makes you a deer hunter, and you are in the wrong forum .

Yes, but this is a longer list of WMA’s than before, right? Now that I’m not sure of but I now Hollins was delayed last year or the year before, maybe both and I remember someone starting a post about this before
