The high fence places i've watched on youtube said they have to run out all the wild deer before putting up the fence. And then they purchase farm raised deer to breed and fill the land. Just what I heard. That's if they want to breed deer. If they just want to hunt them, they can put up a high fence and keep all the deer in. I believe that is what most of them do . All these lazy game wardens need to start putting heat on these high fence owners rather than shakingdown how dirt every weekend trying to catch him hunting over corn of writing tickets for not having a pen.
