I not only get to post today, but start the thread! Set up on my place bow in hand along a creek in a hardwood draw. Hopefully catch one headed to bed. Good luck everybody!

Back to the same spot as yesterday, sitting on an oak flat bordered by bedding area. My longest shot in here is about 25 yards, I’m set up in one little open area.

Was running behind couple minutes and had a doe walk out in the road I was walking in on. Got a arrow nocked and left it fly. Just over her back.

Very calm morning

It’s warm out here. I moved a few hundred yards further in the woods, there’s a dry slough bedti the right with water oaks and thick bedding area to my left.

Back in the same tree as yesterday, got here earlier Incase that big boy comes back

Had doe run by as hooking bow to pull rope. 2:45. 2 coons, and armadillo since.

Sat the last hour of light. All I saw was my dog that followed me to my stand. I scared him nearly to death from the lock on. Knew he was fast but he hit another gear getting back to momma after that
