Or P.S.A....I am tired of telling people that you do not have to protect your vehicle to the wind chill temp. Wind chill only affects things that are alive. Do they not teach science any more?

Not really. It gets fairly cold here, both actual and wind chill, but I don’t do anything to protect my vehicles other than make sure they have antifreeze in them.

Ok. Here is what happened. Was talking to a neighbor that was checking his antifreeze. Said it was only good to 5°. I told him it wasn't supposed to get that low tomorrow night. He looked at me and said "but the wind chill is going to be -5°. I told him it doesn't work that way. That the wind chill is what it feels like to people. His reply was to tell me about his two college degrees. I told him to be careful and went back to doing what I was doing.
