The vast majority of the activity is late in the evening. However, from time to time you’ll see some activity just after daylight. Most of the time though, deer will start leaving the fields just before daylight. It would be hard for most people to sneak in on them in the predawn hours on fields.
On mornings when we have really cold temps that cause a hard freeze then you’ll get a spike in activity around mid morning just as the frost burns off. Its usually brief though….they feed for 10-15 minutes and then leave again.

To me it depends on field location. If its a long field with good bedding on each side or at least somewhere a deer wants to be on either side, they'll cross all day. But the actual coming in to just eat, late afternoon. You're question with "activity" opens it up to more than just feeding. Something to think about when creating new fields. ^^^This^^^
I came, I saw, so I killed them all......Vern

All hours of the day on cam. When I'm there, about an hour after dark Yep, this pretty much covers it. My experience has been heavily pressured land usually around dusk or after. Lands with little pressure, anytime of the day.
