Good luck buddy is all I can say!! Hopefully you find something in that area that meets your needs. Available quality land in that area for lease is as rare as hen teeth. I had my once in a lifetime opportunity at such land and let the wing nuts put lease in their name. If I’m ever fortunate to have a 2nd opportunity at another tract I want make that mistake again.
