Why has Moore not already sued both her and her attorney for defamation, libel, which I am 100% sure they both knowingly committed and I'm also pretty sure there have to be laws currently in place against fraudulently trying to unduly influence elections?

You start suing the attorney's backing this crap and win against just one of them and have them disbarred and file civil suits against them and take every penny they have and force them into personal bankruptcy, this crap will end quicker than you'd believe.

Small problems with the "Moore is a pedophile" claims.

1. One of the 52 year old women claims that 38 years ago her mother left her on a bench outside the Gadsden, AL courthouse with Roy Moore. Her mother insisted, in two different interviews, that did not happen and she would never have left her daughter with some stranger and walk off.

2. Another woman also claims she spoke to Roy Moore on her bedroom telephone. A telephone her mother insists NEVER existed! Her mother says she never had a phone in her bedroom. This was 1979, no reasonable adult would put an extension phone in a 14 year old child's bedroom, says mom!

3. Third woman claims she left her home and was picked up by Roy Moore, taken to his home "out in the woods" where each partially disrobed and touched the other over underclothes. The woman's story continues, asserting they then redressed and Roy Moore took her home. According to the woman no sex occurred. The story sounds exactly like the fantasy of an inexperienced pubescent teen, but not at all like what a 30 year old man would do.

4. Different woman claims she told no one until years later, but did tell her story to many friends - again - years later. We are expected to believe that for the past 35 years, while Roy Moore has been a very public figure in Gadsden and in Alabama, this woman and all of the friends she told kept this a secret UNTIL a WaPo reporter had a private conversation with her.

Sorry, but the timing, the allegation, the weird claims, and even the personal history of the women, all damage the credibility of the claim. No reasonable person would believe this! (Which is probably why WaPo trotted out several at once in an attempt to overwhelm bad claims with volume.)

If Moore says they're liars and have impungned his character then he should sue them. Period.

But that would mean he would have to be deposed and, possibly, sit in front of a jury. He's either not able to do that because he's a lying pervert or is going along with the GOP people pulling the strings who are telling him not to sue.
