It's been a pretty long while, but I've made a deep dish pizza on my Primo using a cast iron skilled. I oiled it up good and put the dough in the pan and stretched it up the sides as best as I could. Then I put a layer of cheese followed by layering your toppings. Finish with spooning the sauce on top and covering with another layer of cheese. I want to say that I might have precooked the dough a little in the skillet before building the pizza. I ran the grill at 425 until it was done. It takes a while to cook a deep dish pizza. I hope this helps some.
