Harris. Primary arms had them on sale the other day. Was able to save $20 off a 6-9 notched leg pivot model($100 normally). Night and day difference between it and my caldwell xla pivot. With that said the xla $30-40 has held up to my 270 and a whole lot of load development testing over the past few months. Needed another bipod for a different set-up and got tired of rotating it between 2 rifles
