As one GW told me one time when he came up on me at my stand in National Forrest. "For every step you took in these woods, you've stepped on 10 of mine."
That's the truth. I've told on here before that several years ago I had a GW walk up on me at my truck while I was helping my son gets his coveralls on. He was literally 8' away from me before he announced himself. Until then, I didn't even know he was there. Scared the crap out of me. He's a member here too. anybody we know????? I can't remember his screen name but it was Officer Shawn Nixon. Very nice guy. Gave me his cell number should I ever need him.

Yes they do. 110% Well, That’s some bullcrap. It doesn’t surprise me though. They can do anything they want until someone catches them and calls them out on it. Still not legal though. What is not legal about it? Is it a state or federal law that they are breaking?

Aint what i’m saying. If he has authority to be on my land, so be sure it...i guess. I may not like it, but he’s within his authority. However, he has no right or authority to touch anything there that aint his. My 2 cents. Truth.

They have no right to see what is on the memo card without a warrant. GW are bound by the same laws as every other police officer when it comes to the 4th amendment.

Off topic but the 4th amendment is a right not a law. I understand where the folks are coming from and how upset some can be when other mess with their things but there has not been a "law" broken.
